CHITAS is a digital systems company. We design, build and operate software, automation, AI and digital infrastructure around the way a business actually works.

We started by building websites and digital experiences. That is still work we are good at, and still work we take on.

Over time the problems clients brought us kept extending past the website: CRM, internal processes, customer areas, integrations, data and automation. Today the website is often one component of a larger whole.

We map how the work actually happens before proposing software. Often the first version of the answer is smaller than expected.

If an existing tool does the job, we will tell you to use it. Custom software is worth it when your process is the differentiator.

The code lives in your repository. We would rather keep clients because the work is good than because leaving is hard.
