Whichever fits the task and the data rules that apply to it. Classification and extraction often need something small and cheap; drafting in Portuguese needs something stronger. We tell you what runs where.
We decide that with you before building. Some work stays entirely inside your infrastructure; some uses a provider under terms we review with you first. Nothing confidential goes anywhere you have not agreed.
It will, sometimes. That is why everything is logged, low-confidence cases are handed to a person, and outbound communication is reviewed before it is sent unless you decide otherwise.
Usually. If a tool has an API we can connect to it. Where one does not, we say so early rather than promising a fragile workaround.
